Borovets Ski Resort is the oldest and largest Bulgarian mountain resort. It is on the northern slopes of Rila mountain, in the foothills of the tallest peak on the Balkan Peninsula Moussala /2925 m/. The distance between Sofia and Borovets is 65 km, one-hour drive along a picturesque canyon above Iskar River. The center of Borovets is 1340 m above sea level, and the highest ski-tracks and facilities are 2300 m above sea level.
SEMIRAMIDA GARDEN BOROVETS SKI & SPA COMPLEX is a beautiful alpine development 1470 m above sea level, in a sunny and serene environment surrounded on all sides by pine forest. The ski tracks and facilities are adjacent. Some of the main ski slopes Yastrebets 2 and 3 are in front of the complex, and others are only 250 m away. There are going to be two covered, moving walkways (escalators) to and from the slopes, for your convenience.
The 5* COMPLEX comprises of four connected units: one of them is a 5* SPA HOTEL with a restaurant, and the remaining three units are hotel rooms and apartments. The complex is developed over 21 000 sq. m of land. The total development area consists of 21700 sq. m. The buildings are situated to the back of the plot, which leaves sufficient space to create a court-yard to the south, with ample landscaping, alleys, children's play center and tennis courts. All apartments face south, southwest or south east, and all open on a magnificent mountain view.
The 5* HOTEL section has 65 rooms, studios and suites, 24-hour reception desk, a lobby bar with an open fireplace, ski lockers, a conference room, shops, restaurant with 140 coverage.
The SPA CENTER has a swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, Russian bath, temperature-contrast pool, hot tub, whirlpool, Vichy bath, pearl tub, tanning beds, a healing cosmetics parlor, physiotherapy, gym, full body massage units and medical center.
The APARTMENT UNITS include two-level underground garage, reception desk, lobby bar ski lockers and luxury lift. All facades and public areas have a luxury finish using the highest quality materials.
There are a total of 185 apartments, 35 to 120m2:
- 38 two-bedroom apartments,
- 88 one-bedroom apartments,
- 59 studios.
The owners and tenants of apartments can use all hotel services and entertainment facilities at special rates.

CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS AND LEVEL OF FINISHING:

2. Exposed walls: 25 cm ceramic brick with 5 cm thermal lining on the outside, a coat of plaster, stone and wood siding.
3. Internal walls: 12 and 25 cm ceramic bricks.
4. Front door: metal, reinforced locks.

7. Living room, bedrooms, corridors: floors – tile and/or inlaid wood floor and/or carpet; walls and ceilings – latex paint.
